Oceanfront Islamorada townhouses and condos range in price from $400,000 to $700,000 plus. Two, three and four bedroom homes in subdivisions such as Mate Lido Beach, Coral Harbor, Port Antiqua and Treasure Harbor range in price from $500,000 to $900,000 and up. Larger Islamorada homes with gated entries or those located on secluded bluffs or waterfronts are priced from $1 million to $7 million and higher.
